Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Details

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a buyback of its own shares on 18th June 2025. The company purchased 6,000 'A' ordinary shares, each priced at 40p, on the London Stock Exchange via Numis Securities Limited. The purchase was part of a share buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025.

Each share was bought at a consistent price of 590.00 GBp, and the company plans to hold these shares in Treasury. Subsequent to this transaction, Fuller's issued share capital stands at 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,831,421 shares held in Treasury.

For shareholders, 32,991,368 shares are listed as voting rights under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. This buyback aligns with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation as adopted into UK law.
