Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a buyback of 12,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares on June 24, 2025, through Numis Securities Limited. The shares were purchased at an average price of 589.9510 GBp, with the highest transaction at 590.00 GBp and the lowest at 586.00 GBp. These shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction, Fuller’s share capital comprises 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,861,421 of them in Treasury. The total number of voting rights now amounts to 32,961,368. This update aids shareholders in determining their obligations under FCA's rules.
