Full Circle Lithium Corp. has announced a rebranding to FCL-X Fire & Safety Inc., marking its transition into a dedicated fire and safety technology firm. The name change, effective September 4, 2026, highlights the company's focus on its FCL-X™ technology, aimed at combating lithium-ion battery fires. These fires present a unique challenge due to thermal runaway and re-ignition risks. FCL-X™ specifically addresses these issues and is currently in use across the United States by firefighting departments.

The rebranding reflects the company's broader vision to promote specialized fire protection solutions as lithium-ion batteries become increasingly prevalent. Target markets include emergency services, aviation, military, and industrial sectors. Additionally, FCL-X has partnered with Outside the Box Capital Inc. for a marketing campaign to raise investor awareness.
