FRIWO Pursues Strategic Realignment Focused on Innovation and Internationalization

FRIWO, a global power supply provider, reported a revenue of 77.4 million euros in 2026, with a positive EBIT of 0.1 million euros. This result is an improvement from the previous year's losses, driven by cost reductions and an optimized product mix. The company's financial restructuring reduced its net debt from 26.0 million euros to 1.9 million euros. The equity ratio surged to 35.6%, thanks to total transaction proceeds of 28.9 million euros.

Despite challenging conditions, including uncertainties linked to the Middle East crisis, FRIWO remains optimistic about growth prospects through 2030. The company aims for sustainable profit growth, anticipating revenue increases by up to ten percent annually. The expansion of innovative products and internationalization are central to these plans.

The Management Board anticipates revenue between 67 and 77 million euros for 2026. They expect a slightly positive EBIT, assuming limited global impact from geopolitical tensions. FRIWO continues to adjust costs to maintain profitability and supports growth through new customer projects and product launches.
