Fresenius Extends CEO Contract and Announces New Board Appointment

In another significant move, Dr. Christian Pawlu will join the Management Board for Fresenius Helios effective July 1, 2026. He will succeed Robert Möller, who will start a new role in establishing the company's Office of the Management in Berlin and Brussels. Pawlu has been the COO of Fresenius Helios and is recognized for his strategic acumen and broad international network.
