FOUNTAINE PAJOT : Résultats au premier semestre 2025/26
Le groupe Fountaine Pajot résiste face à la normalisation du marché nautique. Au premier semestre 2025/26, le chiffre d'affaires a reculé de 12,7 % à 136,3 M€. L'Excédent Brut d'Exploitation s'établit à 12,7 M€ contre 25,2 M€ l'année précédente, impacté par un marché moins dynamique. Le résultat d'exploitation atteint 6,0 M€, avec un résultat net part du Groupe positif à 5,2 M€.
La trésorerie générée augmente à 22,3 M€, soutenue par une maitrise du Besoin en Fonds de Roulement. Avec 16,5 M€ d'investissements, Fountaine Pajot innove pour accompagner l'évolution du marché.
Le groupe prépare une transition stratégique en 2026, marquant son 50ème anniversaire. Nicolas Gardies cédera sa place à Mathieu Fountaine en 2027, tandis que Steven Guedeu devient Directeur Général Délégué pour booster les activités commerciales.
