FORVIA: Preparatory Documents for the General Assembly of June 4, 2026
On May 13, 2026, FORVIA informed its shareholders of its Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 4, 2026, in Nanterre. Details concerning the agenda and resolutions to be voted on are available on its website and will be published in the legal notices on May 18, 2026. Shareholders are encouraged to consult the preparatory documents in accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code.
