Henrik Christiansen Appointed as Interim Manager at FORTEC Elektronik AG

FORTEC Elektronik AG's Supervisory Board has appointed Henrik Christiansen as an interim manager to support the Management Board. Effective from November 10, 2025, Mr. Christiansen will initially serve in an advisory role, assuming the duties of Ms. Sandra Maile.

Currently, the company's operations are managed by CEO Ulrich Ermel, with full backing from the Supervisory Board. By enlisting Mr. Christiansen's expertise, the Board aims to maintain operational stability during this transition.

Mr. Christiansen brings over 30 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy, with expertise in M&A and digitalization. His appointment is anticipated to contribute significantly to the continued development of the FORTEC Group, according to Christoph Schubert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
