FORTEC Elektronik Appoints Henrik Christiansen as Interim CFO

FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft has announced the appointment of Henrik Christiansen as interim Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board, effective 2 February 2026. Christiansen will oversee finance and controlling until the full replacement of the Executive Board by 1 July 2026. His appointment complements the ongoing management by Ulrich Ermel, the company's COO.

Christiansen brings over 30 years of experience in operational finance and strategic corporate management. His expertise includes M&A, restructuring, and digitalization, with significant experience in leading sustainable organizational change. FORTEC's Supervisory Board Chairman, Christoph Schubert, expressed confidence in Christiansen's ability to contribute to the group's stability during this transition.
