Bolt Metals Completes $6 Million Private Placement

Bolt Metals Corp., a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, has announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement, raising $6 million. The company issued 19,354,838 special warrants at $0.31 each. These warrants will convert into company units, consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.41, by February 2028.

The funds will support ongoing exploration activities and general working capital. The special warrants have a four-month hold period and were issued under exemptions from Canadian securities laws. Bolt Metals also paid finder's fees of $167,222.75 and granted 539,428 broker warrants, exercisable by February 2027.
