Formation Metals Expands Potential at N2 Gold Project
Formation Metals Inc. has identified visible gold in drillhole N2-226-24 during their ongoing drill program at the N2 Gold Project in Quebec. The drilling results suggest a potential 400-meter extension of the A-Zone, indicating a significant extension possibility for the mineral envelope.
The company's fully funded 30,000-meter drill program has already completed 48 drillholes, totaling 15,516 meters, with assays pending for several holes. This drilling phase aims to extend the A-Zone, where historic resources total approximately 871,000 ounces of gold. The company has a working capital of ~C$10.5 million with no debt, supporting its continued exploration efforts.
Located 25 km south of Mattagami, Quebec, the N2 project comprises 87 claims. The discovery of visible gold within the southern horizon implies a stronger structural system than previously modeled, highlighting the potential for a larger mineralized area.
