Foncière Volta: 2025 results on the rise thanks to real estate strategies
Foncière Volta, listed on Euronext Paris, announced a significant increase in its real estate portfolio in 2025. Its total value reached 177.6 million euros, marking a 10% increase compared to 2024. This growth is due in particular to the acquisition of an asset in Île-de-France and the reclassification of assets acquired as a property trader.
The group's net income climbed 49% to €10.7 million. This increase was driven by capital gains on property sales and the integration of new assets. Despite an increase in debt to €68.9 million, the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio decreased, reflecting a focus on expanding its portfolio.
For 2026, Foncière Volta plans new acquisitions in the Paris region, reinforcing its targeted investment strategy.
