Foncière Volta: 2024 Annual Results
As of December 31, 2024, Foncière Volta, listed on Euronext Paris, saw the value of its real estate assets reach €160.7 million, up from 2023. Net Asset Value stands at €12.61 per share, compared to €12.01 in 2023. Debt decreased, with the Loan to Value ratio rising to 45.21%.
On the asset side, restructuring work was validated on a Parisian asset to obtain several environmental certifications. Financially, Foncière Volta refinanced a pool of assets for €7.6 million, with a €2.1 million provision reversal on its stake in Ybox.
Rental income increased by 13% to €8.9 million, supported by a program in Guadeloupe. Net income amounted to €7.2 million, mainly due to the contribution of SCBSM and the reversal of the provision on YBOX.
