Distribution of ATLAND's share capital and voting rights as of March 31, 2026

As of March 31, 2026, ATLAND published its share capital and voting rights distribution, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The total number of shares is 4,460,802. This total includes different categories of shares: those with single voting rights, those with double voting rights, and treasury shares without voting rights.

Shares with single voting rights comprise 1,008,605 units, representing the same number of theoretical voting rights. Shares with double voting rights, which are more significant, comprise 3,318,064 units but represent 6,636,128 theoretical voting rights due to their doubling. A further 134,133 shares are held in treasury.

This distribution brings the total number of theoretical voting rights to 7,778,866 for ATLAND.
