ATLAND signs agreement to acquire Sienna Real Estate

ATLAND has reached an agreement with Groupe Bruxelles Lambert for the acquisition of Sienna Real Estate. This transaction is part of ATLAND's pan-European strategy to strengthen its real estate management in Europe.

The acquisition will allow ATLAND to expand its operations in Europe through the integration of Sienna Real Estate and its 80 employees located in five countries, including Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The transaction also strengthens ATLAND's presence in Asia.

With this acquisition, ATLAND meets the expectations of institutional investors for pan-European strategies, thereby diversifying its risks and opportunities. The completion of the transaction will bring ATLAND's assets to over €10 billion.
