Fnac Darty Reports Modest Revenue Growth in Q3 2026
Fnac Darty posted a Q3 2026 revenue of €2,509 million, marking a 1.8% increase on a like-for-like basis compared with Q3 2025. The group’s total revenue for the first nine months of 2026 reached €6,966 million, an uptick of 1.1% on a like-for-like basis. A notable development was a 40 basis point improvement in gross margin, driven by an enhanced product mix and service contribution.
Online sales grew by 5.3% over the nine-month period, with Click & Collect services contributing nearly half of these sales. The group's revenue from physical stores remained stable. Insights from chief executive Enrique Martinez highlighted the team's resilience in challenging market conditions and the anticipated conclusion of a takeover by EP Group, pending shareholder agreement by November 9, 2026.
In geographical terms, France saw a slight decline, while the rest of Europe showed positive growth, with Portugal and Spain demonstrating significant revenue increases. Fnac Darty affirmed its positive outlook for 2026, continuing to focus on strategic growth under its Beyond everyday plan.
