Fnac Darty: Adjustment of the OCEANE Bond Conversion Ratio

On June 5, 2026, Fnac Darty announced a change in the conversion ratio for its OCEANE bonds maturing in 2027. This change follows the payment of a dividend of €1.00 per share to the company's shareholders, as decided at the Annual General Meeting of May 27, 2026. The ratio changes from 1.167 to 1.201 Fnac Darty shares per OCEANE.
