Florentaise's financial performance in the 3rd quarter of 2025-2026
Florentaise announced revenue of €13.1 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-2026, marking a 43.1% decrease compared to the previous year. This decline is due to the discontinuation of its consumer potting soil business in France and a shift towards selling wood fibers, peat, and slate. However, international operations showed significant growth, particularly in China with sales reaching €11.6 million.
In France, only some factories remain operational after significant restructuring. Internationally, business exceeded €10 million thanks to new markets and the Shanghai plant. BIVIS equipment rentals are also growing despite a decline in sales.
