Florentaise: Decline in Revenue and Postponement of Annual Results

Florentaise, a company specializing in low-carbon potting soils, announced a decline in revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-2027, reflecting a 43.4% decrease compared to the previous year. This drop is primarily attributed to the company's restructuring, which led to the closure of several sites in France and a significant reduction in staff.

Internationally, business declined by 17.7%, despite the central role of the Chinese market, which now accounts for 80% of revenue. However, BIVIS business saw a slight increase of 5.4%.

Florentaise has also postponed the publication of its 2025-2026 annual results, due to organizational constraints and the need to ensure reliable results.
