FlatexDEGIRO SE Surpasses Market Expectations with Q2 Net Income
FlatexDEGIRO SE announced that its net income for the second quarter of 2026 reached €61.3 million, marking a 55.1% increase compared to the same period last year, significantly exceeding market expectations. The company saw revenues of €166.5 million, up from €132.1 million in Q2 2025, with a gross margin slightly improving to 86.9% from 86.4%.
Operating expenses, including depreciation and amortization, decreased to €59.6 million, attributed to reduced personnel costs resulting from lower long-term variable compensation expenses. This financial performance has led the company to raise its full-year net income guidance.
FlatexDEGIRO now anticipates full-year 2026 revenues of approximately €650 million, reflecting a 16% growth over 2025, with expected net income ranging from €200 to €230 million, marking a 25% to 43% increase from 2025.
