FlatexDEGIRO SE Expands Management Board with New Appointments
FlatexDEGIRO SE has announced an expansion of its Management Board. Dr. Benon Janos has been appointed as CEO, effective immediately. He will work alongside Oliver Behrens, who remains CEO and Chairman of the Board, focusing on the company's B2B operations and Treasury activities. Janos is set to drive the expansion of the online brokerage segment.
Additionally, Dr. Thomas Lindner has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Lindner has been part of flatexDEGIRO since 2012, holding various senior finance roles. His appointment to the Management Board is pending regulatory approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin).
