First Graphene Enters Chinese Market with PureGRAPH® CEM

First Graphene Limited has announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Sixth Element Material Technology for the distribution of PureGRAPH® CEM in China. This agreement marks a significant step for FGR as it plans to enter the world's largest cement and concrete market.

The MOU appoints Sixth Element as the exclusive distributor, targeting the expansive Chinese sector, provided certain purchase targets are met. The agreement paves the way for a potential joint venture or licensing arrangement to manufacture PureGRAPH® CEM locally, once sales of 500 tonnes are achieved.

This venture presents substantial commercial and strategic growth opportunities for First Graphene, addressing both market expansion and emission reduction through China's heavily polluting cement industry. The collaboration could lead to global distribution rights for Sixth Element in the future.
