First Canadian Graphite Appoints Scott Kelly as CFO

First Canadian Graphite Inc. has appointed Scott Kelly as its Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Kelly offers over two decades of experience in the resource sector across the Americas, having guided various companies through IPOs, project developments, and strategic exits.

Previously, Mr. Kelly served at Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. and Mako Mining Corp., and he is a co-founder of Dryden Gold Corp. His appointment aligns with the company's vision to become a leading critical minerals producer in North America. John LaGourgue, CEO, emphasizes Kelly’s financial leadership as key to advancing graphite projects and increasing shareholder value.

The company also announced the departure of Mr. Yingling and Mr. Jassal, signaling a restructure aimed at strengthening executive leadership.
