Alimentaria+Hostelco 2026: A Milestone Event in Barcelona
Alimentaria+Hostelco 2026 is set to return to Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue from March 23-26, marking a historic edition in the event's legacy. Celebrating Alimentaria's 50th anniversary, the exhibition will host 3,300 companies across a 100,000 m² area. International exhibitors will see a 41% increase compared to 2024, with strong participation from Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
The event will welcome more than 1,000 international companies, including giants like Walmart and BigBasket, reinforcing its strategic role in the global industry. Organisers have invited 1,500 international and 1,200 national buyers, anticipating 14,500 business meetings.
The event will feature specialised sectors such as Intercarn, Organic Foods, and Alimentaria Trends. Innovation will be highlighted in the Alimentaria Hub, showcasing 300 product innovations and welcoming 200 experts. The Horeca sector will occupy over 20,000 m² with 600 companies and 200 activities.
