FIPP: 2025 Half-Yearly Review and Leadership Transition
FIPP has published its 2025 half-year results, revealing a real estate portfolio of €76 million, focused on the Alps and assets in London and the Paris region. The group's consolidated net income is a loss of €2.396 million. The share price as of September 24, 2025, stands at €0.112, representing a discount of 69.6% compared to the Net Asset Value. The significant decline in revenue, due in particular to tenant departures, was partially offset by a favorable change in the value of investment properties, reducing the operating loss. A change in leadership occurs with the appointment of Farid Boudis following the death of Jean Fournier. The promise to sell the Le TOTEM residence for €9.5 million marks a potential renewal in FIPP's real estate strategy.
