Finexity AG and EGRO Mediengruppe Unveil VolksInvest Platform

Finexity AG, a digital marketplace specialist for tokenized securities, in collaboration with EGRO Mediengruppe, has launched the retail investment platform 'VolksInvest'. This new venture provides retail investors with access to tokenized infrastructure bonds with a minimum investment threshold of EUR 50. The platform's integration with the OTC marketplace broadens access to bond offerings.

The highly anticipated launch features the "Solarpark Ratekau" bond. This investment involves a solar park in Schleswig-Holstein and offers a 5% annual interest rate, alongside a potential 0.5% profit participation per annum, with a projected term of 20 years.

A long-term media partnership with EGRO Mediengruppe, valued at EUR 20 million, supports VolksInvest. The collaboration is set to expand asset classes available to investors, aiming for a significant transaction volume in the primary market.
