Financière Marjos SCA is refocusing on AI data centers
Financière Marjos, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its intention to focus on data centers dedicated to artificial intelligence. It now plans to change its name to "Future Infra SCA," subject to shareholder approval. This strategy will be implemented initially in partnership with WhiteFiber, Inc., through a joint venture. Financière Marjos plans to raise capital in early 2027 to support this development.
After posting a net profit of €24 in the first half of 2026, the company has negative equity. It plans to expand further by acquiring land and projects related to AI infrastructure.
