London Cards No.1 plc Faces Removal from Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of London Cards No.1 plc's securities from the Official List, effective 17th June 2026 at 08:00. Affected securities include several classes of asset-backed floating rate notes due on 15th June 2026, all registered in denominations of GBP100,000 and integral multiples of GBP1,000 beyond that.

The securities impacted are classified as debt and debt-like securities. The move involves seven distinct classes, denoted by their International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs). All listed securities were fully paid and had been admitted to trading on recognized investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange.
