Financial Conduct Authority Announces New Securities Admission
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has expanded its Official List with the admission of several new securities as of November 12, 2025. The additions feature various issuers and a diverse range of financial instruments.
Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited enters with 113,628,767 ordinary shares, while Triple Point Venture VCT Plc lists 4,951,749 venture shares. In the realm of gold-linked certificates, Invesco Physical Markets PLC presents 141,900 secured gold-linked options, set to mature in 2100.
Among other new entries, iShares Physical Metals plc and Amundi Physical Metals plc present various gold and silver securities, reflecting continued investor interest in metal-based financial products.
The list also includes debt securities from Gulf International Bank - Saudi Arabia, a range of securities from Barclays Bank PLC, and multiple commodity-based securities from WisdomTree and other issuers.
