Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List

On August 20, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. The securities now listed include various debt and debt-like instruments from multiple issuers.

National Grid North America Inc. has issued instruments with a 3.712% interest due on August 20, 2036. These are in denominations of JPY100,000,000.

ASB Bank Limited introduced two Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Medium Term Notes, both fully paid. They are represented by notes to bearer of GBP100,000 each, with one due on September 20, 2027, and another on August 20, 2027.

Nationwide Building Society listed 3.881% Series 2026-06 Regulated Covered Bonds due on August 20, 2047, in denominations of EUR100,000 and multiples thereof.

The FCA ensures these securities are also admitted to the London Stock Exchange for trading. Queries can be directed to the FCA's Market Oversight division.
