Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List as of July 13, 2026. This update includes instruments from multiple issuers, reflecting a diverse range of financial products.
Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg has introduced securitised derivatives, with notes linked to preference shares maturing in 2029 and 2032. Natixis Structured Issuance SA has indexed notes to preference shares issued by Cannon Bridge Capital, maturing in 2031 and 2036, classified as debt and debt-like securities.
Barclays Bank PLC features securitised derivatives with a maturity of 2031, while Bank of Montreal lists 4.359% covered bonds due in 2029. Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC issues 3.750% notes, maturing in 2034.
These securities have been admitted to trading on established exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange.
