FCA Announces New Admissions to the Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List effective February 4, 2026. This includes issuances from notable entities across different categories.
The Inter-American Investment Corporation's 4.125% Social Notes maturing in 2030, SG Issuer's notes due 2036, and International Finance Corporation's 2.75% Green Bonds due 2031 are among the debt securities admitted. Additionally, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Motability Operations Group plc have listed preference share-linked notes and 4.125% notes respectively.
The FCA has also approved ordinary shares from Dauch Corporation, as well as a number of securities from Barclays Bank PLC and Royal Bank of Canada. These securities will be traded on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized exchanges.
