FCA Announces Admission to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has approved the admission of several securities to the Official List as of June 17, 2026. These include instruments from prominent issuers such as National Westminster Bank PLC, Inter-American Development Bank, Barclays Bank PLC, QNB Finance Ltd, and The Bank of Nova Scotia.

National Westminster Bank's Series 16 Floating Rate Covered Bonds, due in 2031, have been admitted. Also included are Inter-American Development Bank's Multi Callable Zero Coupon Notes, maturing in 2046, and Barclays Bank's dual tranches of Floating Rate Senior Notes and 3.320% Senior Notes, due 2028 and 2029, respectively.

QNB Finance Ltd's 4.93% Notes, maturing in 2031, and The Bank of Nova Scotia's 3.084% Covered Bonds, set for 2030 maturity, round out the list. These securities are set to trade primarily on the London Stock Exchange, with some also trading on other recognized exchanges.
