FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

On April 22, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. Harvest Funding PLC issued several classes of mortgage-backed notes, including Class Z Zero Rate and multiple classes of Floating Rate Notes, all due on November 15, 2069. These securities are registered in denominations of GBP100,000 and listed under both Regulation S and Rule 144A.

Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC has listed securitised derivatives due in 2031, 2032, and 2033, each represented by securities to bearer of GBP1. Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC issued 1.9277% Notes due in 2029, represented by JPY100,000,000 bearer notes. Lastly, The Toronto-Dominion Bank issued 3.641% Senior Notes due in 2031, registered in EUR100,000 denominations.

These admissions mark significant activity in the securities market, reflecting diverse offerings across multiple issuers and currencies. All securities are admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange.
