FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of June 25, 2026. This move includes significant issuances from various international institutions.

The International Finance Corporation issued 7.60% Instalment Notes due by June 2031, denominated in TZS60,000,000. Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC launched 2.049% Notes due June 2029, represented by JPY100,000,000 bearer notes.

Bank of Montreal introduced Callable Fixed to Floating Rate Senior Notes, maturing in October 2030, with values in EUR increments. Commonwealth Bank of Australia offered 3.611% Covered Bonds, maturing by June 2043. Nationwide Building Society issued 4.980% Senior Preferred Notes due by June 2036, in NOK denominations.
