FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List, effective from April 24, 2026. These include multiple debt securities from diverse issuers.
The City of Stockholm introduces floating rate notes and 2.903% notes due in 2031. Toyota Finance Australia Limited issues floating rate notes maturing in 2027. Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank offers preference share-linked notes due in 2032.
Atlas Funding 2026-1 PLC launches multiple classes of mortgage-backed floating rate notes, all due in 2068. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development lists KES and MNT linked notes.
Barclays Bank PLC presents securitised derivatives due in 2033 and 2036. Additionally, Akademiska Hus AB, The Bank of Nova Scotia, and Adecco International Financial Services B.V. are among the other issuers adding diversified debt and debt-like securities.
