FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted several securities to its Official List as of February 3, 2026. This includes a wide range of financial instruments issued by prominent entities such as NIE Finance plc, The Kingdom of Bahrain, and Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A.
Notably, NIE Finance's 5.875% Notes are set to mature on September 3, 2041. Meanwhile, the Kingdom of Bahrain has two sets of 7.10% Notes, both due February 3, 2038. Additionally, Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg issues notes linked to preference shares, maturing in 2032.
Other issuers include Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, CBB International Sukuk Programme, and National Grid Electricity Transmission, each introducing various debt and equity instruments.
