FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several new securities to the Official List as of June 4, 2026. This admission includes offerings from RELX Finance B.V. and Barclays Bank PLC. RELX Finance B.V. has listed 3.250% Guaranteed Notes due in 2029 and 3.750% Guaranteed Notes due in 2034, both represented by bearer notes. The ISIN assigned to these notes are XS3317606419 and XS3317607060, respectively, categorized as debt securities.
Barclays Bank PLC introduced various securitized derivatives with due dates between 2031 and 2032. These securities, represented by bearer securities, have been assigned ISINs XS3304954723, XS3369071959, XS3369168441, and XS3375893081.
