FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On May 20, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. Diverse issuers such as the City of Goteborg, International Finance Corporation, The Arab Republic of Egypt, Skipton Building Society and Commonwealth Bank of Australia have newly listed debt and debt-like securities.
The securities include green bonds, social bonds, and various notes with maturities from 2027 to 2036. Among them, the Arab Republic of Egypt issued 7.625% social bonds maturing in 2034 and Skipton Building Society issued floating rate covered bonds due in 2032.
These listings enhance trading options on recognized exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and possibly others like Aquis Stock Exchange or Cboe Europe. Contact the FCA’s Listings Data Management for further queries.
