FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List effective from July 8, 2026. This includes a range of debt and debt-like securities as well as securitized derivatives from various issuers.
SG ISSUER introduces Notes due 2036, while Graniteshares Financial plc lists multiple long ETP Securities due 2076. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development is offering high-interest notes due in 2027 and 2029.
HSBC Bank PLC makes available structured derivatives linked to indices, maturing in 2032. Barclays Bank PLC lists several securities with settlements due between 2028 and 2032. Additionally, Royal Bank of Canada and Leeds Building Society are issuing new notes with respective maturities in 2027 and 2037.
These admissions are recognized across various investment exchanges including the London Stock Exchange, reflecting broad market engagement with the newly listed securities.
