FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On June 1, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. These new admissions include securities from several issuers across different categories.
Toyota Finance Australia Limited has introduced Floating Rate Notes due in 2028, listed as debt securities. Meanwhile, Crédit Agricole issued Preference Share Linked Notes, maturing in 2033, also classified under debt securities. Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. has issued notes linked to preference shares with a 2032 maturity, classified as securitised derivatives.
HSBC Bank PLC and Barclays Bank PLC have both issued securitised derivatives with varying maturity dates, while the Commonwealth Bank of Australia has issued 3.331% Covered Bonds due in 2033. All these securities are fully paid and represented in various denominations.
