FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On June 12, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. This move includes a variety of securities issued by major financial entities.
SG ISSUER's notes, due in 2031, are registered in GBP denominations. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank added preference share linked notes, due in 2032, which are offered in bearer form. BARCLAYS BANK PLC has listed multiple securitised derivatives with differing maturities.
Akademiska Hus AB (publ) introduced Green Notes, both fixed and floating rates, maturing in 2031. Leverage Shares Public Limited Company listed numerous leveraged products linked to firms like Samsung Electronics and SpaceX.
