FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List effective February 2, 2026. Notably, Imperial Brands Finance PLC has listed 3.875% Notes maturing in 2033. CITIGROUP Global Markets introduced Memory Coupon Barrier Autocall Notes with a 2036 maturity. Saudi Arabian Oil Company listed several notes, including 4.000% Notes due in 2029 and 6.000% Notes maturing in 2056. The Republic of Cameroon listed 8.875% Amortising Notes maturing in 2033.
The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development has offered Zero Coupon Notes expiring in 2029 and 4.000% Callable Notes for 2031. HSBC Bank PLC listed notes linked to UKSED3P Investments and AL Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co shares. These securities will be traded on recognized exchanges including the London Stock Exchange.
