FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List effective from February 11, 2026. Among the issuers are City of Stockholm, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Barclays Bank PLC, Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission PLC, and First Abu Dhabi Bank P.J.S.C.

City of Stockholm's floating rate notes, due August 2031, are issued in denominations of NOK2,000,000. Credit Agricole's offerings include index-linked interest and redemption notes, with maturities in February 2036, tailored for GBP1,000 denominations. Barclays Bank PLC has securitised derivatives due in February 2030 in GBP1,000 denominations.

Scottish Hydro's 4.980% notes mature in February 2036, while First Abu Dhabi Bank issues notes with different interest rates at 3.130% and 4.09%, due in February 2028. These are denominated in HKD1,000,000 and GBP100,000, respectively.
