FCA Admits Multiple Securities to Official List
On April 23, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to its Official List. The securities include debt and debt-like offerings as well as securitised derivatives from several issuers.
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank issued 3.875% Notes due 2031. Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. offered 3.250% Notes maturing in 2030. Barclays Bank PLC listed multiple securities, some due in 2031 and others in 2032.
Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC issued 2.351% Notes due in 2031. Royal Bank of Canada introduced 5.125% to Floating Rate Callable Senior Notes maturing in 2032. These securities are primarily listed on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized exchanges.
