FCA Admits Lloyds Bank Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has admitted securities issued by Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc to the Official List as of April 17, 2026. These securities include 4.548% Notes due 2031, fully paid and represented by bearer notes with a denomination of USD 200,000 each. These fall under the category of debt and debt-like securities.

The securities will be traded on the London Stock Exchange, which is recognized as an investment exchange. Additionally, potential trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and Shanghai-London Stock Connect may apply.
