FCA Adds New Securities to Official List on March 3, 2026

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective March 3, 2026. The securities encompass various issuers and types, including debt-like securities and securitised derivatives.

The Nordic Investment Bank is listing its 3.750% instruments due in 2029. Santander UK PLC is introducing preference share-linked autocallable notes and equity index-linked notes, both due in 2031. Barclays Bank PLC, meanwhile, is listing securities also due in 2031.

Natwest Markets Plc is rolling out floating rate notes due in 2030. Nationwide Building Society is adding two types of notes: floating rate senior preferred notes due in 2031 and 5.815% senior preferred notes due in 2036.

Investors can find these securities trading on the London Stock Exchange, among other recognized exchanges.
