Dowlais Group plc Removed from Official List by FCA
On February 4, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the removal of Dowlais Group plc securities from the Official List. This decision took effect at 08:00 GMT. The securities delisted are Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each, which are fully paid. These shares were previously categorized under equity shares for commercial companies and had the ISIN GB00BMWRZ071.
