Finalization of the sale of EXPERF by Groupe Bastide to Sapio
The Bastide Group has finalized the sale of New Medical Concept, the holding company of the EXPERF Group, to Sapio Group. The agreement, signed on May 21, 2026, will have its conditions precedent lifted at the end of the month. This move marks a step in Bastide's strategy, which aims to focus on high value-added segments.
Vincent Bastide, CEO of the group, emphasized the importance of this transaction in strengthening Bastide's financial structure. Sapio's CEO, Mario Paterlini, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, which represents a key step in their European expansion.
EXPERF, a specialist in home infusion and nutrition, represents a strategic asset for Sapio, thanks to its network in France.
