Figures October 2026: Shares and Voting Rights at Nexans

At the beginning of November 2026, Nexans SA published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights. As of October 31, 2026, Nexans' share capital consisted of 43,746,793 shares, with the same total theoretical number of voting rights.

The Puteaux-based company also reports a total of 43,568,918 exercisable voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights, such as those held in treasury shares, excluding liquidity contracts. This monthly transparency complies with the legal obligations established by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) and the French Commercial Code.

Nexans also specifies the existence of a statutory clause mimicking a reporting obligation in the event of crossing significant thresholds, namely 2% of the share capital or voting rights. This obligation aims to guarantee transparency and the monitoring of significant shareholder movements.
